I bought a Janet Jackson Rythm Nation style black hat. Partly because it's raining and I don't have an umbrella, and party because I think they're hella cute and a little bit trashy. Mine isn't quite trashy enough yet - I have to Beadazzle it. Then it'll be my raining/drinking hat - I'll wear it when it rains, and when I'm drinking. Hands off my drinkin' cap!

It is actually not eccentric. Even Beadazzled, it's a hat style many cute but slightly trashy ladies in Chelsea wear.
