First Tuesday, first challenge

So, Mondays are no problem for me in terms of starting with healthy eatin' and working out, because Mondays are roller derby nights. I can't eat like crap because if I do I'll get really sick while I'm skating, and I skate a lot, so I can eat more during the day.

But then the down side is, I end up working out really late because practice is from 9:30 to 10:30, so I don't sleep as well, and then working out on Tuesday is kind o' difficult.

Also, Tuesday is knitting night, which happens at Starbucks, and I get hungry, and well, enough said.

So the goal for today is to get to the gym before going to Starbucks. Must... not... give in... to crappy 6pm sitcoms....!
